Meet Our Team

Anil Bharadwaj

President, P. Eng., MBA

Anil Bharadwaj has been serving as President of VIZIONS since 2017 and holds various key roles within the firm. With extensive experience in Project Management, Structural Engineering, and Business Development, Anil has established himself as a versatile and accomplished professional. Prior to founding VIZIONS, he spent 36 years in the consulting engineering industry, working on diverse projects in Canada and overseas, with a focus on the telecom, commercial, and institutional sectors.

As a senior manager, Anil is known for his exceptional operational leadership skills and ability to steer cross-functional engineering teams towards achieving results that are consistently on schedule and within budget, whether for large or small strategic projects in the ICI, telecommunication, and transmission line domains. His vast expertise enables him to effectively tackle complex problems in a cost-effective and timely manner, drawing upon years of knowledge and experience.

Durga is a Structural Engineer with over 10 years of Consulting & Industrial experience and joined VIZIONS Consulting Inc. in the field of Structural Engineering & Project management. He is a multifaceted professional engineer who is committed to delivering positive outcomes for Vizions’s clientele. He is passionate about building long term, sustainable and mutually beneficial partnerships that are founded on good communication, trust, and sound engineering. He views integrity, gratitude, and generosity as the three pillars to long term sustainable client relations. At Vizions, Durga is a Sr. Project Manager, and his main responsibilities are concentrated in Operations, Project Management, Quality Assurance and Structural Engineering.
He can run multiple small- and large-scale projects effectively as well as manage and mentor junior staff for ongoing and new projects. Durga also specializes in Structural/Civil design within various fields for institutional, commercial, industrial, long-term facilities, residential projects, garden centers/greenhouse designs, heavy duty Industrial machinery certifications and telecommunications. Prior to joining the firm, Durga worked at other consulting and construction engineering firms, in which he was a necessary member on large scale construction projects with value ranging up to $100M+.
